I was also thinking that this may lower our office building payment which is good for our personal cash flow with other investments moving forward.Thank you all for the advantages/disadvantages and I hope this doesn't come off as an irresponsible thought.Kegan

IE they have warehouse lines with either investment houses in New York or large banks and as such there are underlying rules for them to follow.PML or HML who has private investors in their fund or brokers for them will have a different set of underwriting rules that maybe tougher or easier depends on the company.you meet individual lenders private folks who do not advertise or hold themselves out as a lender at REIA meetings and networking.When i used to speak at these events first thing I would do is ask the audience who if the room is a private lender usually half the audience raised their hands..

Personally, I think they are very ugly and I really don't see how using them saves much (any) money unless you get them free.Finishes are the most expensive part of construction.

B is going through an eviction) The realtor said the main issue is whoever did the initial renovations cut a lot of corners and it shows when you go to the property, it looks perfect in pictures but in person not so much.
