More than likely a potential for more profit, but must put in landscaping and fencing, maybe $40k.If the goal is to make as much money as possible in order to have a big down payment on the future CA build, should we stay where we're at given the capital gains hit, or take the gamble of hoping the other house gets us a bigger profit margin?

The outside has a new roof and siding and doesn't need any landscaping.

How did you structure your LLC landscape for Mangement Company, Holding Company, Properties, etc...?

I’ve never dealt with hard or private money and was looking for some tips with it and any recommendations on who to use.

One tip I can share: the most important thing you can do to get started is find an agent who invests themselves.

I have spent some time with a friend who has a high end landscape construction business in Prescott AR, neat market , very pretty - there are tons of people moving there from out of state and that market seems to be attracting a lot of interest . 

My best BRRRR's ever have been when we went the extra step i.e paint the exterior, go all out on the kitchen and baths, nice landscaping etc.. 

I would appreciate any tips and all advice!
