Frankly that does not matter and does not give grounds for withholding, as they have been collecting rents, have the keys, etc.Hopefully they come to their senses before the clock strikes noon, otherwise I will be dialing up my attorney and taking them to court.

When I use this methodology, on top of my capex/RM analysis, I can't see how 99.9% of turn-key opportunities could possibly make sense.
