Generally there is a reason that some of these companies offer such low rates, and that goes for the online lenders as well.

At lease we see a lot of additional appartment units come online every year, MF new construction has been booming for years and outpacing SF by a wide margin.

@Sian CromerQuickbooks(Desktop or online), Stessa, Xero and Freshbooks are what I see clients using the most.You will see a big push for Quickbooks online but the pricing can be much less if you are using quickbooks desktop.Quickbooks desktop can be purchased for around $200 as a one time cost.

I am surprised that so much is still just online only.

Side question- do you guys recommend manually doing CMA's or using an online CMA service?
