The UOP for assets other than buildings generally consists of all the components that are functionally interdependent (i.e., where placing in service of one component is dependent on the placing in service of other component(s). example, Printer and wires that are needed for the printer to function.

If you need something on a more consistent basis I'd recommend hiring a freelancer.

I prefer stable properties in high rental demand areas where the properties will stay rented pretty consistently.

I know this is going to be a challenge without a steady and consistent job.I could go on and rant out the pros and cons forever.

With any platform just keep in mind that if you aren’t consistent it can gravely hurt your efforts, because people assume that if your social media is fickle you probably are too even if that’s not the case.
