Key steps are visualization of the fistula tract using the fistuloscope, correct localization of the internal fistula opening under direct vision, endoscopic treatment of the fistula and closure of the internal opening using a stapler or cutaneous-mucosal flap.

Hey Brian, Thanks for the link, I have looked over a couple and they already seem like they would help.  

The current regulatory framework does not have clear enterprise-wide expectations for internal controls, compliance, and risk management systems.
