As inspiring as it is to hear how well people conduct their business and listen to their success stories, it would also be good to hear some more from the members who have made various levels of mistakes that everyone can learn from.

The breath of different real estate investors are astounding, and I have seen many a newbie who sat back and just posted on BP finally get the inspiration and courage to start after attending their first Summit.
