If it was for something not planned at all in the budget (a garage door on the back of the garage) and a change to the original plan, they had to pay for it, based on the actual cost of the change (no added profit built in) I know we could have made a lot more money upcharging people, but I always hate when you go into a model home and find out that everything shown is an upgrade.
