It wasn't so long ago that you could get even incredible deals in Spain as a result of the previous crisis.

There are also going to be a TON more motivated sellers in the upcoming months due to the Corona cash crunch everyone is in. 

I want to start marketing to motivated sellers.

(Thank you @Ann Belamy ) :) It was really a game changer for me and one of the first real estate meetups that I have been to and the atmosphere was incredible. 

What determines if this is a “good time” for you to buy is all about your own motivations and if the numbers make sense for you. 

@Sean BizjackI'd also like to add onto @Anthony Fontana's excellent advice there and mention that building a complete syndication team will be incredible tough without any investing experience.

The incredibly smart appraisers MIGHT take the time to explain this to the client, except by doing so, lenders usually call another appraiser the next time, seeing as they prefer to have their head in the sand while the sand is profitable.
