@Lee Arnold - since your profile photo has the Liberty Bell in it, I will write a line or two to point you on where to get more info :)   Basically, MAO is the max price you can pay and still make the minimal amount of profit.

The property profile we used is as follows:• Single family• 3 bedrooms• 2 car garage• 1,200 to 1,500 SqFtWe also restricted the geographical area to the region marked in green below.

I have yet to call them but I do want to learn and invest in Tax Liens, I will probably give them a call next week to get started.I was under the impression that they would let you choose between their inventory.

I also was under the impression that a year was required to live in.

@Tanya Braun - Very interesting, and I'd much rather have someone local's take on it than the news (who tend to do their 'chicken little' impression at every opportunity.) $900/sf is pretty absurd money, but I know there are some other more 'international' markets that are just as wild.
