And with that, the same power of math that makes multis enhance returns, can work equally in revers to enhance losses.

I was pretty confused by them saying it'd need to be commercial, but I was unsure because I'm now paying local taxes at the "commercial" rate rather than the "residential' rate I had while living in it.

Closing hopefully in 3 weeks on my first 4 unit building and I'm confident about the numbers, nice piece of land (2acres) in a residential area near SFHs and no other rental buildings nearby.
