Taxes 1600 closing costs 2300 Insurance 75/month...so im using the biggerpockets wholesaling calculator trying to make a wholesale profit of 5k...i put all my info in and its throwing out all sorts of weird numbers like can only ask 32k.

The second is actually much harder than the first, but they are both infinitely easier than spotting a crash in the short term before it happens with any sort of precision.

That group was sort of what planted the seed to look for an investment stateside :)  Anyway hoping to salvage this deal, but yeah it's turned into a mess and the lender has made one mistake after another. 

I want to start investing but have sort of a dumb question...Should I register and name "my company" and do the whole entrepreneur thing or just go out there and start looking for my first property?

I liked the ability to walk through beforehand, have a general sort of inspection, and get the property with the owners already evicted.

I've read up on all sorts of techniques and I want to get started wholesaling.

My opinion is you have two options, either take massive action and submerse yourself in everything wholesaling, (there is plenty of info out there), or pay the $300 if this guy can actually show you some sort of value...material, step by step, ect.

With small kids they make a race track of sorts to play tag in!!!
