Our office is on Oxmoor Road in Homewood and it's really a great part of Birmingham...I would say 85% of it is A class property.

Such as, requesting the road be paved and sidewalks at the very least but preferrably done in brick to add to the historic feel.

Worst case scenario is you get down the road and a lender won't allow it because you or your equity partner don't have the capital or experience. 

There have not been any actual plumbing issues to date do to this so my question is would you have it corrected now, possibly changing whole line to PVC or possibly roto rooter the line to by time to save out of rental income to remediate down the road?
