I was thinking more of a catastrophe where someone gets a judgement for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If I'm at a buy appointment and I know there will or has been other offers on the house I do a few things to separate myself.For one, I lean on our national brand, 15 years in business, the hundreds of testimonials, and the fact that we have bought nearly 45,000 homes.

Wouldn't you want to offer less and still spread it over one hundred months or three hundred and sixty?

See if you can get them into mediation or maybe just m=pay them a couple hundred bucks to leave.
