I honestly believe that would fall under due diligence and it's probably a lesson learned for you.

It honestly doesn't cost a penny for my to list a house on the MLS unless I pay for pictures.

And honestly, it isn't correct thinking.  

I honestly don't think I would go the one coin op machine route, but it is something else to consider and I love being armed with as many options as possible so thanks for passing the tip along.

I only want honest responses. 

The only reason I'm looking at places here is because I currently live here, to be honest.

There are more reasons why I like this strategy and to be honest I could go on and on all day about this.

Honestly this will likely drive away most good contractors because they now think you are cheap and will attempt to beat them down at every opportunity.

You will learn a lot about notes and how to find them and what to pay for them, but I honestly was blown away by how much more there is to learn once you buy a note.Some examples are reading a servicers comments or a report from Richmond Monroe and what it all means.
