Hello all - I am looking to transfer my IRA's from a brokerage firm into a SD 401K with checkbook control.  

From what I can see real estate is the way to go.I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm in the San Diego area, so I'm really concerned with buy and hold and out of state investing.
