@Neetu Patil - I'd start listening to Michael Zuber on one rental at a time.

Here in Chicago the most I’d be comfortable with holding is a trash out fee if they left trash in the yard.

@Jenniffer Nosenko start by isolating where you want to invest and then spending 30 days analyzing what you are seeing (I'd suggest by looking at 5 deals a day).

I sincerely doubt such a list exists, although each mortgage lender would know which of their own borrowers is behind, of course.

I'd highly recommend starting out with a house hack - whether it be a large single family in a good area or small multifamily.

However, it is an interesting point since although it's not the last month of occupancy it is the "last month" of the current contract - they could claim to just want to re-pay it at the start of the new contract.

As of right now I can only filter by Guest Favorite, although that could certainly change.
