Eventually, it led me to choose another lender in the interest of time.The LLC was formulated later and I am working to have the property rent out.I am looking to transfer the property into LLC for the following reasons1) Liability2) Tax separation from individual / rental property.

Spoke with a broker friend and he suggested I leverage my VA rate of 2.375% by offering seller financing or rent to own.

The other important item to consider is keeping your Credit score above 680, this gives you the opportunity to refinance without tax returns into a 30 year fixed rate Rental Loan, or DSCR Loan. 

Landlord associations are another great source.  

They should be thankful they were below market rate for so long, and are still below market rate.
