This will be the tipping point in the housing market that will see a hard softening of prices dropping to more normal levels, so probably a 5-10% drop in price.

Ocean City short term rentals make most of their revenue in the summer, but the top / best listings who stay open in the appropriate locations will get some level of revenue through the winter, albeit at lower rates and lengths of stay.
