To resolve….1) contractor releases it2) you formally contest it, this shortens the time until it expires if the contractor doesn’t file suit3) file suit/action to have it removed4) do nothing, the lien typically expires in 1 year if the contractor doesn’t file suit

By the 2nd week, an eviction was filed and a court date was set.

I'm continuing to document everything and recording all of my action steps with receipts and dates.

Ideally you should get a year to date (and previous year) rent roll to see if tenants are late on rent or have been paying late.

Do you know when the auction date is?

Build date is expected to be finished by February or March of 2022.
