But you will be still involved every day.

There are better places to put your money than a bank but none are as secure as a bank, not even under your mattress.Investors go bankrupt every day for many different reasons so the only thing worse than not forcing your money to work for you is putting it out to work and having it wave good by.I am more comfortable borrowing money from a bank as opposed to loaning money to a bank.

I see Toyotas go well over 250k miles on cl everyday. 200k ÷ 12k= 16.5 years  250k ÷ 12k= 20 years.  

Hi all ,Envy To those folks that have moved to Indy .You are way ahead of the game ,nothing like being there all day every day .I have spent a lot of time there over the last year and would love to catch up at some of these meetings.I have done a couple of lipstick type re habs and I got a couple waiting to go so always plenty to talk about . 

I have a handful of investors contacting me everyday and starting rehabs in these markets.  

Talk to as many people as possible every day.  

So, I may be biased, but I see the darker side of tenants every day and I can only imagine that a tenant friendly state with an ever increasingly litigious society can only lead down a slow dark path.
