If the tenant refuses entry, go in with a key or serve them with an eviction.Bottom line: you need an attorney to help you get this character out, then you need a Property Manager to help keep you out of trouble.

We captured the equity (HELOC) and used a small portion to put 5% down on a split level single family home that had a finished basement with a bathroom (house hack ready) Just no kitchen setup just  air fryer, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate lol ..we call it the "gourmet garage" which is our main entry then there is a door from the garage to the lower level finished basement.
