While I enjoy learning, I hate being tied down for large periods of the day and working for "the man."

I've heard about the efficacy of bandit signs and yellow letters, but I feel as though my time would be best spent and enjoyed by focusing my marketing budget on the web?

I am done for the day and looking forward to celebrating, I hope all of you have a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July Holiday, and please remember the great sacrifices made over our short history that insure we have this freedom.

For the last month I've enjoyed it.

I really enjoy the commercial aspect of real estate, but understand that is not a good place to start.

Love this idea, as we can and enjoy doing all of the landlording components except the handyman/maintenance.  

Do what works well for you and your market and what you enjoy.  

What you are dealing with is a reasonable enjoyment situation.

And because we bought the properties at almost the same time as her friend, but held it 10-12 years longer, we enjoyed appreciation of over $300,000 more per property, compared to her friend.Our conclusion?

I've been here for 13 years and I've enjoyed it here.
