I loved teaching and I enjoyed my students but it was hard to see so many kids and teachers fall through the cracks due to bureaucracy at all levels.

Unless you enjoy the thought of going to court and testifying in front of a judge,give her back the deposit and be done with it.You never should have let them leave without a walk through to point out all the damage they did in front of her face.$800.00 dollars is not worth the aggravation you will go through to keep 600.Lesson learned, move on and be more cautious in the future.Good luck to you.

First few years was good, better than my construction job, last year my third year I tripled my profits and made more money than I ever made in my life.I enjoy helping newbies, it feels good and sometimes it's profitable.I've seen so many come and go, most don't have the mindset and persistence.

Really enjoy it and the returns have been pretty good.

If it's close to attractions, shopping, bars, casinos, lakes or anywhere people might want to spend the night then furnished is the only way to go.
