You should really checkout the video called "How to Invest in Condos" that was recently posted on the "Confident Real Estate" YouTube channel.

You can put a blanket 10% for vacancy which would equate to about 1 month, but if you are confident that people will be dying to rent your place you wouldn't really need that much and hopefully people stay.

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to confidently invest in any market.As for picking a specific market - I would go after one with an increasing job and population growth.

At this point, I am not confident about how much it will cost to build.

I feel like I have a lot of pieces to the puzzle down, but I'm missing a few corner pieces to feel confident about investing.
