Hello, I have been doing research on foreclose auctions in Palm Beach county FL. I know a very very very important skill is being able to title/lien search on the properties. Of course, I have been doing a lot of research on that. However, I am still not confident in myself to start pulling triggers.

Anyone know of any good tools to learn more on the title/lien search subject. I was also thinking of trying to find someone who worked at a Title Search company, that I could pay to "freelance" teach me somethings.
