Occasionally I see a scam attempt - scammers posing as relocation buyers, requesting an attorney to overlook the transaction and then send a earnest money check of 100k instead of 10k and asking the attorney for a refund LOL.Real estate is not in a bubble by any metric I look at.

into insanity me as a small time landlord, 5 doors, is getting absolutely killed. 2/5 of my tenants aren’t paying or even attempting to communicate anymore because they KNOW I have zero recourse.
