I recently heard the David Greene Podcast on long distance investing and I love his model of building a strong team that can work with you in out of state locations.

Inflation eats half your bank account, cuts your stock market investment value by half, you still go to the grocery store no problem, because you raised your rents.Next item: pulling dead equity.  

The last two colors appear to be beige and then a pastel green.

Of course we all want the best of both worlds; that is a hidden gem on a secluded/private beach, but close enough to a town to find good eats, drinks, and shopping.

So that could make a difference.Would be curious to get @David Greene's take on all this!

The bank never bid over their max bid.I know other Co start their bidding at 1,000 and the bank is bidding against you until they hit their max  and it eats a bunch of time. 

I love the quote that @David Greene had on this weeks podcast "real estate investing is about solving problems"  this may be a problem you are willing to solve that may scare other buyers off.
