Hello all, In my early 20's I was sick and tired of eating PB&J for breakfast lunch and dinner at the end of each pay period.

Not small outfits, but larger nationwide ones.On the downside--when TSHTF in the economy, they are eating Ramen for three meals a day.

Hopefully Vrbo/Homeaway can continue to eat into their market share and close the listings gap. 

If the deal is great and you can still make your numbers work with the plumbing issue, then you may just have to eat that.

My job as a manager eats up 48-52 hours a week, but I have my mornings to read about real estate investing and do some online searching or driving.  

Don't really know why I'm reacting like this to this one, Linda, but the suggestion that you can "have your cake and eat it too" down in C-class just sticks in my craw.

Property management is overpriced and eats into a significant amount of cash flow for little work.So I'm wondering, are there other options?

There is so much complexity for each LLC it just eats into your profit and is easily avoidable IMO. 

They've tried selling it in the past for around $400k-600k as well as selling individual cabins; however, there were never qualified buyers.My parents are nearing retirement and the burden of this property is eating into the years they'd like to go elsewhere and enjoy.
