Asking for Closing Cost Credit
I'm curious to see what you all think about asking a seller for closing cost credit if they're selling their house "as-is". Just got the house inspection report and my agent suggested trying to ask for a small credit for all new plumbing work that needs to be done ASAP. However, we're currently in a seller's market so I don't want to risk losing a good deal.
