Keeping in mind that there is probably private family history undisclosed, I would say: why don't you guys try to talk about it more, in a different setting and environment, in a different way, understand what are each other real problems and find a solution that would help both and creating value for the both and of you and keep being a family before going through all this legal "crap"?

Many banks will ask you for seasoning (history of rent sometimes 12-18 months) I am not saying its not possible, but make sure you have gone over this with your bank before hand.

You can also try to find homes with board of health complaints, but I have not had any success with them.From the same database, you can also do permit history searches.

Take this thread alone; i read a person say another depression is soon to happen just because it's been a while from the last, inferring 08/09 as a depression.... never mind the obvious facts that there has been a grand total of 1 depression in the history of the us and 08/09 was not a depression but, fact's are apparently perceptual now, I am just curious if gravity is also just an opinion, lol.

Originally I was planning to buy deals all cash but I've decided based on my goals to leverage my capital.I have been working on some financing options so when a deal presents itself I already have my ducks in a row.As part of that due diligence I'm planning on approaching a few local banks and credit unions that I have history with.I don't have a W2 job and haven't had any real income for the past couple of years.
