I can't thank this community enough for the knowledge and hopefully in the near future the ability to move forward with this dream.

But sometimes I like to break out my crayons and dream about a beautiful world...In this world I can buy stock in a company that may have rough patches, but over time will always increase in value.

I really hope that I do land a job with a good pay that will one day finance my real estate investing dream.
