Does anyone use a general contractor to estimate your rehab costs for a fee? 

I know this has been discussed in other posts but they seem to be full of opinions and not many people that have actually partnered.

Most REI marketing agencies range from $1500/mo-$5k/mo in fees alone.

Either a flat fee or a % of profit.
