Even then it would probably still not be wise to move forward if the park has a policy for no rentals.Another strategy may be to talk directly with the park manager or owner to mention that you will pay an extra $100+ per month for the ability to rent out the mobile homes for a while.

I just want to know if I seem like i'm moving in the right direction, if anyone has any experience with the Fannie Mae loan, and if there is any other ways of financing with the possibility of moving in to the property so hard money loans or short term loans are out of the question.

I know for 100% fact the large franchise I just left was not doing this and I was hoping for a little direction as my CPA isn't back for another week.Please excuse my ignorance and thank you everyone for your help!

Some couples have time to do this but life can and will take you in a different direction before you know it.
