Get a letter from your employer showing your wage, start date and type of employment (full time hopefully).

Hi Enis, I did see that on meetup.com but unfortunately I have a prior engagement on that date.

Received closing credit and a rent credit at closing for possession after closing date (more beneficial for me to close end of 2020).

In certain markets, it does look like tenants have stayed on top or up to date on their rent.

My mortgage paperwork says that the property needs to be owner occupied for one year after the date of occupancy but I've technically lived there for 9 years (lived there before I purchased it).

Our leases always state that any document signed prior to the date of the current document are null and void.

I recommend you do some research and learn your local laws so you're not misled by internet experts like myself. :)
