How to remote one tenant from lease

I have two tenants on a lease. One of them wants to move out. How to i remove his name from the lease. What is the process for that?

How do i update the current lease agreement to remove his name? The other tenant is going to stay and continue with the lease. The original lease had both of their names on it. I am okay with one of the tenants moving out.
