Leaving those who "Desire" to eat paint chips at a danger of having "Brain Damage".Now having been to Detroit, the fear of LEAD I had was not coming from any Paint Chips, it was coming from Bullets from Criminals (which seems to be the REAL Lead Problem) of Detroit and many other areas.
