hi everyone, thanks for the help in advance. i just bought a 4 bedroom 2 bath three story property in augusta GA. in the basement is a perfect place to simply put in a door and a lock blocking it off from the rest of the house and living there while i rent out the 2 top floors.the two top floors have a kitchen, dining room, great room on the main floor and on the top level 2 bedrooms and a bath. rentometer gave me a score of $900 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath, but it is not factoring the 2 stories, dining room and great room. so my question is, because of two stories, the dining room and the great room how much will that allow me to increase rent by and how could i find this for myself in the future?

Someone trips and asks for damages its not like your LLC is going to pay out, insurance does.  

If they do stay though they will be brought to court and will most likely have to pay whatever damages they've caused by staying.Doing some quick research it looks like for North Carolina the notice needs to be given only 7 days before.

I need help calculating the repair cost for a fire damage duplex.

The insurance company paid out 8100 for the water damage and 5200 for the building that was drove into. 

This would identify any blocks, breaks or if there is any debris in the main sewer line.

This is a 100+ yr old brownstone, the layout of the basement does not allow for storage cages and with the 3 boilers, water heaters, and where the utilities/sewer line etc are arranged there isn't a way to accommodate storage without blocking access to the circuit breakers, meters, or the basement's bulkhead doors.
