The bigger picture is to track what went right and what did not.

But, without seeing pictures, I think trim and then caulk would be the best bet.

One of their customers dragged a concrete parking barrier across my driveway damaging it and leaving what looks to be permanent marks on it and hasn’t gone away in a week.

I know I am making a lot of assumptions/stereotypes but you have to look at your potential customers and be ready for worst case scenarios.

It will be helpful for you to take a step back and look at your big-picture goals/long-term goals?

Have a 4500 sq ft custom house under contract with 10 day DD.Seller is refusing to allow access for roofer, plumber electrician, pool inspector, etc.

I'm doing most the work myself and as I dig into it and have the full picture I'm realizing the rehab is going to be closer to 40k-45k.
