The info on the web, and youtube.....which are American, paint a much brighter picture for these methods of transaction.

Such as Voiceovers.The work product created by my VA’s allows me to hire locally for painting, rehab, other actual jobs.

However, there May be cases where you're just Replacing the floor or doing some minor painting work.

For instance, I want to redo the blacktop driveway, add some landscape (shrubs and things that won't need a lot of care when I move), replace windows, paint floors/walls and finish some missing drywall in the basement.

For example [AC replacement - $5,000 - 15 yr expected useful life] , [interior paint - $200 - 2-3 yrs or as needed per tenant turnover].  

I think I can get it to that ARV with about 15k in upgrades and repairs (minor leveling, it is a pier and beam foundation, paint, some drywall minor update to kitchen and second bath)2.

Sometimes we do carpet, but sometimes we paint the stairs and do vinyl runners(Lowes Item#: 302941). 

About 6-8 months later I saw the same house with fresh interior paint online.

The property just needed the basics; sanding the hardwood floors, paint on the walls and tubs, new vinyl, and appliances.
