The bank is telling me that I need to have a specific property to complete the commercial loan application for this LLC.

I can't seem to make out if that is applicable to investments (duplex or triplex), I'm surprised (and happy) at the fact there's no minimum residency period!

I have the required forms and application ready to go for the exam.  

(I guess that debt has to be paid off by someone) I would love to fix up some of the abandoned communities and convert many to gated communities I just have to do more research and analysis on the economy/recovery.
