Not saying thats not a nice a car....)If you're not confident in your car, see if you can borrow a buddys/family member/co-worker.If you are "pre qualifying" people heavily over the phone, you should be showing up at houses with individuals who dont care too much about what kind of car you drive.

I've driven past most of them and have decided against most because of the price--kind of have to laugh, most of the ones I've not even looked at inside because of price/size/location/exterior condition/neighborhood have been priced similarly to better houses in better neighborhoods that look a lot better.

That kind of talk would make good evidence against you in an unlicensed-practice-of-brokerage prosecution.To do a brokerage deal, you must have a brokers license or be a licensed salesman and be affiliated with a licensed broker.
