First thing you need to do is get your COE ( certificate of eligibility).

They rely on the best available information provided on the tax certification which at that point is the 2016 taxes@George GenovezosJust a simple letter by certified and regular mail along with a copy of the Tax Proration Agreement that both of y'all signed at closing.  

This is the first I'm hearing about this.I've looked on the states webpage and there is indeed a certification program, but I can't tell if it's specfically for dealers who are buying/selling mobile homes.

As far as other rental suitability hurdles go, the property is a new construction and would not need lead paint certification. 

How many investors vs owner/occupants in the building....that's on your resale certificate I expect. 

The property was used by members of the same family as a two family -- under a temporary certificate of occupancy permitting the two family use -- for more than 30 years. 

Now I'm no botanist but I'm pretty sure that a 1099-c requires certain documentation or certification of the debt, some kind of judgement or decree or arbitration settlement acceptable to the IRS.  

In GA assisted living is highly licensed but you can build it without having a CON (certificate of need) but in GA we are being required to receive our CON before we open the skilled care portion of the project.

The inspector will tell me what he wants done to grant a new occupancy certificate.
