I've heard that structural engineers may be hard to pin down for an inspection - anyone have experience with that, or better yet, a recommendation in central jersey?

Mike,When you "fully rehab" do you improve the building envelope (air seal, insulate, new doors and windows) if its an older building?   

Eliminate all copper, no central ac, etc.

I used to work for an investment management firm that lent money to private developers in NYC, and that was the central belief of the developers at the time.  

I would be interested to know more about Central Valley, though would hesitate to invest somewhere with an economy based mostly on one sector, particularly a sector that I know nothing about like agriculture... 

I view money being the medium of exchange and wirelessly interconnected all across the vast continents due to the fact that it is made up of air, hence, air bubbles can pop up.

Seriously consider doing ductless air conditioning system to keep the radiator heat. 

I change the air filter every time I pick up the checks.  

Hello Everyone,There have been news reports that the air in SE Portland is toxic.How long and how bad do you all think this will effect the properties values in SE Portland? 

Hot air rises, so I am not sure insulating without installing AC will make the summer situation more comfortable.
