I spent a lot of time looking a reviews for different apps and this one looks inexpensive and easy to use.

My issue with smaller banks is that, at the time, they didn't have an app.  

If not and they applied in good faith, you'd be taking their app fee.

I also use the 10bii app very frequently.I always use a loan servicer.
