Apps for property Management

Has anyone used TenantCloud? I downloaded the free version and it looks promising. Would you recommend it. I spent a lot of time looking a reviews for different apps and this one looks inexpensive and easy to use. I have 1 rental and plan on getting my 2nd one within the next 30 days if everything goes well. Thanks in advance?
