Even though i just recently got my feet went and went through the ropes of my first purchase I'm very eager to network and learn from experienced investors in my city/community.

Looking to see if anyone here teaches any courses or knows of anything to learn creative financing.

Hi everyone, I am new to the Dallas market and are interested in learning more about it.

Im quickly learning that escrow seems to be the more important player in this.

From there, I'd like to expand in the STR market but as I learn, I'm open to other options.I love the Boston area but it's so expensive here and I don't know how to make that profitable.
