This way you can market it at any time online without bothering the tenant with frivolous showings.By combining these two things, when we receive notice for a mid-month move out, we let the tenant know that they are obligated for the full last month, but we will start marketing the property earlier and if we place a tenant before the end of the month, we will refund their prorated rent.It works well for everyone.
