I have currently been able to land 3 properties in Baltimore5.73 acres of investment property in Pg County & 3.75acres of raw land3 houses in Dc all under contract within the same month.This Real Estate Journey will open up doors for me and my family.

Vanguard total stock market is the way to go, your betting on the entire market not individual stocks where you (and me) do not have nearly the amount of insights and expertise to make sound judgements.

I'd love to meet up with some others and discuss strategies and get to know others that are going through the same journey.

Here are a few things that I learned:Real estate investing is an emotional journey.
