From talking to people around the area the neighbors pay anywhere from 40-80$ every three months per unit. some of the neighbors i asked have their own house two bed room one bath or two bath, the four plex i will be getting are all 1/1's.

Before getting too involved in the numbers, I'll give you all a little background about myself - I'm 29 years old, currently own a fully paid for 3 bed/2 bath SFH in the Tampa Bay area and while open to going other routes, I'm leaning towards investing in additional SFHs and renting them out.I apologize in advance for the long post, but I want to give as many details as possible.
